LHR: 10 kg heroin found from passengers


LAHORE: The security forces at Allama Iqbal International Airport have held two passengers with ten kilograms of heroin in their luggage. 

According to Airport Security Force (ASF), ten kilograms of heroin was seized from two passengers at Lahore Airport today.

One of the accused Mohammad Asghar, resident of Gujarat, was traveling to Doha via foreign airline and was detained with seven kilograms of heroine.

The other passenger Mohammad Muzammil Yousuf, who was traveling to Bahrain, was found with 2.25 Kg of heroin. Both the passengers had hidden the drugs in their hand-carry.

The security forces seized the heroin and handed over the accused to ANF while further investigations are underway.
